PAUL CUTCLIFFE
Paul is an Executive Search Specialist with over 25 years experience headhunting across multiple sectors from IT, Retail, Government, Hospitality to Energy, Consumer, and Utilities.
He has a passion for people and working to achieve a positive outcome for both candidate and client. He built his career with leading recruitment brands including Hudson, Michael Page and Robert Walters. Moving into the Executive search arena, Paul has spent over 10 years heading up the research function for Duncannon Executive Search whilst successfully delivering board-level and NED appointments within global brands and SME’s in the Retail, Leisure, and Hospitality Sectors.
In addition to this Paul also spent 5 years as a director of a family business where he partnered with the UKTI helping break British food and drink businesses into the Japanese and South Korean Markets.
